Welcome to this charming interior design in the Berkshire town of New Marlborough, where we were invited to design a kitchen, wine cellar/bar and bathrooms. The light feel of this lovely open-plan home brought out the best kitchen and bath designs for the space. There’s great detail in the bathrooms with lots of light and breeze.
- Generous windows bring the outdoors inside.
- A classic cape design guided our interior process.
- Windows frame the stove backsplash, and accent this wall of cabinetry.
- The bar/wine cellar is tucked into a nook behind the seating counter.
- The blue bathroom, with fixtures neatly recessed into the wall.
- The kitchen design opens freely into the dining and living areas.
- The white theme carries to the marble countertops. Fixtures and fittings are important details.
- Light, light, and mirrors make any room feel larger.
- The bathroom countertop extends the length of the room.
- Marble is a choice for both kitchen and bath.
- Marble and great lighting helped bring light and warmth to the kitchen.
- A view of the guest house.
